POLICY

• Luggage & Passenger Accuracy: Please state your exact number of bags and passengers when booking. For our Standard Eco (300k) option, if your luggage exceeds the limit upon pick-up without prior notice, we reserve the right to upgrade you to a larger car (Premium Sedan/SUV) at your own expense.

• Midnight / Early Morning Surcharge: For pick-ups between 22:00 (10 PM) and 06:00 (6 AM), a surcharge of 50,000 VND will be added to the total price (applicable to all car types due to night-shift fees).

• Flight Delay Policy (For Airport Pick-up): Please provide your flight number. We will track your flight status. We offer 60 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands. After 60 minutes, a waiting fee of 50,000 VND/hour will apply

POLICY

• Rider's License & Safety: Riders must possess a valid driving license (International Driving Permit - IDP is recommended). Wearing a helmet is strictly mandatory in Vietnam. We provide 02 complimentary helmets per bike.

• Deposit: A deposit is required upon rental (Either your Original Passport OR 2,000,000 VND cash). The deposit will be fully refunded when the bike is returned in its original condition.

• Traffic Violations & Damages: The renter is 100% responsible for any traffic fines, parking fees, or damages caused during the rental period.

• Gas & Battery Rules:
  - For Honda Wave: The bike is delivered with some gas. Please return it with the same amount or refill it yourself.
  - For VinFast Klara (Electric): The battery is fully charged (Range: ~40-50km). It is strictly for inner-city trips only (Old Quarter, West Lake). Do not drive out of Hanoi Center. If the battery dies due to long-distance driving, a towing fee will be charged.

• Return Time: All daily rentals must be returned before 22:00 (10 PM). Late returns without notice will incur a fee of 50,000 VND/hour.
